I am the Managing Director at Diablo Lawyers with 20 years’ experience in various Australian industries including petroleum, freight & logistics, commercial property & development, small business, workplace health & safety, retail & hospitality, and information technology.
I founded Diablo Lawyers with the purpose of delivering an agile legal service to accommodate the demands of time-poor clients needing an online alternative.
I am a commercially focused lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws, in addition to further studies in workplace health & safety, food safety, corporate governance, and risk management.
As a lawyer, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, on complex legal issues including contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

The devil’s advocate is someone who argues against the idea or proposal to expose any flaws or weaknesses in the argument.
